In case a product defect, not a user’s fault, is found, contact the store from which you made the purchase and exchange the product with a new one.
Refund
Unless the package is opened, the product is refundable within 15 days pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act. The delivery fee will be paid by the consumer.
Warranty period : 1 year from the date of purchase (90 days for bristles)
The following events shall not be covered by the warranty:
1. A problem arising from an unauthorized combination with other products is the user’s fault. We shall not be responsible for this issue.
2. Alkaline battery is ONLY available. We shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of any rechargeable or defective battery.
3. We shall not be responsible for any product damage or failure resulting from the user’s negligence or misuse, violating the above instructions.
4. We shall not be responsible for wear or minor damages resulting from normal use such as scratching, splitting and discoloration.
5. Other disputes shall be compensated pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act.
